MyThai has evolved from a love of Thai cooking, a desire for healthy, fresh and tasty food and the ability to work from home in a beautiful part of the north Cornish countryside. Philippa Eddison, the owner of the business, travelled extensively in Thailand for many months sampling the cuisine of the north, central and
southern parts of this amazingly vibrant country with meals ranging from lavish banquets to street food, guest house cooking to home-cooked food. More recently she has spent many years in london sampling the Thai food available and honing her skills to perfect the flavours and presentation of this most wonderful cuisine.
MyThai is about bringing the flavours of Thai food to Cornwall, discovering new ingredients like the pungent Thai sweet basil and enjoying Thai food in a relaxed manner. Philippa loves to talk to anyone interested in Thai food and happy to mould events and courses to suit their interests.
