Following the success of our recent MyThai wine-tasting lunches, we now offer a corporate day out with a difference. Our 5 course 'tasting menu' lunch includes delights such as
- Pepper King Prawns in a filo blanket served with a sweet chilli dip
- Prawn Dim Sum with a sweet soy sauce
- Beef with Chilli and Sweet Basil served in Lettuce boats
- Pad Thai Noodles with peanut, coriander and lime garnish
- Thai Green Curry with chicken
Held at our 19th Century Cornish Longhouse which has far reaching views over the Cornish countryside towards Padstow, each course is accompanied by wine chosen to complement the ingredients in that dish and our wine expert David is on hand to explain the variations in grape and method of vinification.
The lunch is very informal and provides a great opportunity to meet in a
relaxed atmosphere, discover some of the exotic tastes and flavours
of Thai food and explore the origins of different wines. Each
event is tailored to suit your needs with demos, hands on action
and, of course, lots of fantastic food and great wines.
Ideal group sizes for these days are 8-10 people, but we are always happy to shape
